Cape Minerals and its employees cannot be held responsible for any loss of income or other liabilities resulting from the use of this site.

Cape Minerals reserves the right to process refunds at its own discretion providing the terms laid out in the refunds policy have been met. Consideration will not be made if the required proof of damage is not submitted.

Cape Minerals does not sell, purchase or distribute specimens or materials considered regulated in Southern Africa. No requests in this regard will be considered.

Cape Minerals reserves the right to decline the purchase of an offered collection if it does not meet the current requirements of the company.

Best effort is made with mineral photography; Images are checked internally and only published when Cape Minerals is satisfied that they are representative of the specimen. The customer, upon completing a purchase, accepts and understands that colour may vary slightly to that seen on the image, as it is noted that this is a regular phenomenon with all mineral photography.
